During the kids retreat on Saturday they will have their own “Breakout Session” thanks to Mindful Warrior Project

Mindful Arts & Crafts for Children

While they are having fun, doing a collaborative project, and being creative, children will be learning some valuable mindfulness tools and emotional intelligence without even knowing it. We will be using non-messy materials to create art as a team and, hopefully, having a chance to hold it up and/or display it in a little art exhibit so the children can be acknowledged for trying something new and different. Regardless of skill level, all children can participate in this activity and be empowered by their ability to do art.
