Exhibitor Dates & Hours:

March 24^th 1-4pm & 25^th 11:30-5pm               

Set up March 24^th 9-12pm                                                                 

Veteran Owned Vendor Dates & Hours: March 24^th 6-9pm                      Set up March 24^th 4-5:30pm

Event Information

For both days, 6 foot tables and 2 chairs will be provided.  All exhibitor space will be outside, please plan accordingly. Placement of vendors/exhibitors are determined by event manager.  Vendor/Exhibitors shall not move booths at any time.

Don't forget to register separately for Friday's Mardi Gras Mix and Mingle. Guest are welcome.

**Indemnification

Vendor/Exhibitor shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Women Veterans Alliance, California Capital Financial Development Corporation and its directors, trustees, officers, employees and agents from an against any claims, actions, liability, damage, loss or obligations, including all costs, demands, expenses, expert fees and costs, and attorney fees arising out of Vendor/Exhibitor activities pursuant to this application.

** All registration fees are non-refundable.
