Deciding on Higher Education: Is it worth your investment?

This session shares insights on many higher education models of learning. The goal of the session is to inform folks on the pros and cons of going for an advanced degree. I will also share my experience teaching online for two universities, onground for one university, and serving as a Board Member for the Association of Leadership Educators. Attendees will leave this session with inside information on the education process and ways to maximize their investment in education if they choose to do so.
Bio: Dr. Webb was honored by First Lady, Michelle Obama in November 2014 as one of five women leaders making a difference in the community for veterans. She was also selected for the Department of Justice Leadership Program in August 2015. She has been an active coach for the Treasury Executive Institute (TEI) since 2015. She is a member of the Senior Executive Board, Seattle and sits on the Board of the Association of Leadership Educators.
Dr. Webb earned a post-doctoral Masters in Psychology from Capella University; a doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Public Administration from Troy State University, and a Bachelor of Human Resources Administration.
Currently serve as a national volunteer mentor for American Corporate Program (ACP) which serves military active duty, spouses and veterans with career goals. She is a military veteran having served in the United States Navy for 21 years. She served in the Kuwait Liberation and Global War on Terrorism missions.
