Andrew Lawless Mentor training session
Determine & Change person psychology in one conversation
Do you know those people who are over-achievers in their career or business, but their success impairs their health, relationships, and spirituality? That's the people Andrew Lawless helps. He is certified in High Performance Coaching through Brendon Burchard's Institute and a finalist for the Kolbe Professional Award, which recognizes him as one of the world's leading experts on human instincts coaching.
Because he has type 1 diabetes, Andrew has not been able to serve. Instead, he offered his expertise as a consultant and coach to the FBI’s Behavioral Science Unit and Defensive Tactics Unit. He trained Special Forces of the United States Army Operations Security Evaluation Group and developed a continuing education course for continuing education credit for police officers in conjunction with the Mid-States Organized Crime Information Center (POST control number: 513110740).
Most of Andrew’s accomplishments, however, are on the civilian side and include managing a corporate turn-around of Berlitz (now Lionbridge) in Central & Eastern Europe to transforming the World Bank’s global approach to delivering translation and interpretation services.
Andrew discussed his work with the White House and testified before the US Senate on the importance of professional development to the US economic security. He is a former adjunct professor at the University of Maryland.
