Bio: Yolanda Hagen is the Women Veterans Program Manager for VA Northern California Health Care System for the past 2.5 years. Yolanda entered the military as an E1 and retired as an 04. She has deployed to Iraq and has been to several humanitarian such as Ecuador and TDY's to include Misawa, Japan. Yolanda has over 16 yeas of nursing experience as a labor and delivery nurse, women's health nurse and a manager. She has earned her Masters in Nursing with emphasis in education. She understands the needs of women Veteran to include the need for cultural transformation within the VA.
