Bio: Brennae Brooks is a Veteran who served in the Air Force for 8 years as a Civil Engineer Technician, including deployments to Kyrgyzstan, Kuwait, and Afghanistan. She began to research the requirements for law school on her last military deployment to Afghanistan in 2009. Shortly after separating from service, she went on a civilian deployment to Afghanistan with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. While there, she took the law school admissions examination (LSAT) and was admitted to The Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Texas Southern University. Brennae became an Attorney in 2014, and she’s been practicing Veterans Benefits Law (VA Disability Benefits) since 2015.
