We will be doing a run-through of the Engage event and the Whova app.
We are asking that all locations join at 10:00am PT/ 12:00pm CT/ 1:00pm ET.
Anaheim, Kansas City & Greenbelt, it is imperative you be on to make sure everything is working correctly for your speakers.
1. Access the Whova app from your phone or desktop portal.
2. Select the agenda tab.
- In the mobile app, you will select "Thur 25" and should see that it says "Rehearsal Session". Scroll down to see the sessions.
- In the desktop portal, you will select "Rehearsal Session" and then you will see the heading "Thu Aug 25". Scroll down to see the sessions.
3. Select "Welcome from Sacramento"
4. Click on "Live Stream"
