Bio: Christina Krag is a United States Air Force retiree, US Air Force Academy graduate, host of over 90 episodes of the OvercomersQuest podcast, and an artist. She loves to help courageous creatives and empaths find their inner strength, overcome loneliness, build support networks, and honor their own voices.
During her thirteen years living overseas, with deployments including Special Forces and NATO, Chris studied how different kinds of people adapt to change and thrive. She experienced a spiritual awakening that led her to move away from her abusive, narcissistic husband, embark on a series of world travels immersing her in painting and music, and start creating her life of independence, happiness, and healthy relationships, leading others to experience the same.
Chris holds BA, MA & MSM degrees, a graduate Coaching certificate, is certified as an NLP Master Practitioner and Project Management Professional (PMP), and is soon to be International Coach Federation certified.
Her deep sense of spiritual awareness, paired with her gifts at organizing the chaos in other people’s heads, allows her to map out highly effective new habits and life plans with her clients.
